Our products were manufactured with you in mind. We’re confident that you’ll love them, but if you’re unhappy for any reason, please reach out to us within 30 days of your purchase and we'll be able to assist with processing the return and a refund.

Lost Packages: If your product shows delivered but you have not received it, please: 

1) Verify the shipping address 

2) Check all the possible delivery locations at your residence. 

3) Check your neighbor's home to see if they accepted it 

4) Contact the courier with your tracking number to initiate the claim
